At Fayetteville Divas, we want you to love your Diva Gear! Since our products are made-to-order through Printful, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

By placing an order, you agree to this Refunds & Returns Policy.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only for items that:
✔ Arrive damaged or defective.
✔ Contain a printing error or incorrect design due to a manufacturing issue.
✔ Are significantly different from the product description.

To request a refund or replacement, you must provide:

• A clear photo of the item showing the issue.
• Your order number and proof of purchase.
• A brief explanation of the problem.

If your request is approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
❌ Wrong size, color, or design ordered by mistake (please check the size chart before purchasing).
❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
❌ Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
• To request an exchange, email us at [email protected] within 10 days of delivery with:
  • A photo of the issue.
  • Your order details.
• We will advocate for you with Printful if necessary.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but not received, please:
1️⃣ Check your bank account again.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post.
3️⃣ Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

5. Shipping Returns

Because we do not accept returns for non-defective items, do not send your purchase back to Printful or any other manufacturer.

• If a return is required, Printful will provide instructions on how to proceed.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
• If you need us to advocate on your behalf, please notify us as soon as possible.
