2. Diva Directory & Paid Listings

• Businesses listed in the Diva Directory are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
• Payments for directory listings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Fayetteville Divas does not guarantee business leads, increased sales, or financial success as a result of being listed in the directory or featured in promotions.

3. Event Participation & Liability

• Fayetteville Divas does not cover food, beverages, or additional costs at in-person events—attendees are responsible for their own expenses (including meals and gratuities).
• Liability Waiver: By attending our events, you acknowledge that Fayetteville Divas is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damages, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, or property damage. Participation is at your own risk.
• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on this website, including branding, images, articles, and event materials, is owned by Fayetteville Divas and may not be copied, sold, or distributed without written permission from Jamie Sossamon, Owner of Fayetteville Divas.
• Photography & Video Notice: By attending our events, you grant Fayetteville Divas permission to use photos and videos taken at events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, you must submit a written request before or at the event.

5. Refund & Returns Policy

5.1 Overview

We want you to love your Diva Gear! Since all items are made to order through Printful, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint.

5.2 Refund & Return Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only available if the item:
✔ Arrives damaged or defective.
✔ Has a printing error or incorrect design due to a manufacturing issue.
✔ Is significantly different from the product description.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
❌ Wrong size, color, or design ordered by mistake (please check sizing charts before purchasing).
❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
❌ Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

5.4 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
